Remove Groupyid Local data

There is no Groupyid online account in Stage 1. The developer has no app database or cloud backup to delete.

Before clearing the app

Pause or disable Live mode, resolve any uncertain carrier sends, and securely save any administrator-created records you are legally required to retain. Exports can contain sensitive member data.

Delete app-local data

Use Android Settings → Apps → Groupyid → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. Exact wording varies by device. This removes the app’s local database and settings.

What this cannot erase

Clearing the app cannot retract messages already delivered or erase copies retained by carriers, Android’s SMS/MMS provider, recipient devices, device backups outside Groupyid, or administrator-created exports. Contact the gateway administrator about those copies.
